Job Description

Pertemps Southampton is currently registering experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Night Drivers for temporary assignments across a range of clients in the Southampton area.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering goods across local and regional routes

  • Ensuring compliance with driving regulations and tachograph usage

  • Conducting daily vehicle safety checks

  • Completing delivery paperwork accurately

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence

  • Minimum of 6 months’ experience in a similar role

  • Licence contains no more than 6 points

  • CPC and Digital Tachograph Card

  • Availability for flexible, short-notice work

 

These roles offer a great opportunity to maintain regular driving experience with varied assignments.
