Resourcer/Co-Ordinator

Pertemps Southampton are looking for a Resourcer/Co-Ordinator to join the team.
You will be working closely alongside our experienced Consultants, supporting the day-to-day requirements of a busy and well-established Desk!

· Base salary of £25,000 - £27,000 p.a.
· Monday to Friday
· 32 days annual leave (including bank holidays) increasing by one day each year.
· Dress down Fridays

· Confident telephone manner with the ability to speak with both new and existing contacts.

The Role
· You will be responsible for Candidate attraction. Advertising our latest vacancies
· Conducting screenings and interviews via phone/teams and face to face meetings
· Gathering of References and RTW checks
· Providing efficient and accurate admin support
· Co-ordinate assignments between both Candidates and Clients
