Our client is a leading manufacturing company of industrial, process and electric heating elements in the UK and Europe. Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Manager with an electrical engineering background.

Job Description: As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and upskilling the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales management and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with key clients.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyse data and market trends.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
