Join our dynamic temporary team at Pertemps Network Catering to work with our clients based in Stirchley, B30.

Working:  Monday-Friday

Shifts 10.30-6.30pm 

Enhanced DBS needed


Food and Hygiene & Allergen certificate

The role will be working as part of the catering team in schools. Responsible for food preparation, cleaning surfaces, counter service, washing up, setting up and cleaning away dining area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the head chef.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
• Ensure all food items are stored properly and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Help with inventory management and stock rotation.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
